THE ART OF POLITICS

Politics like all things has an art to it. The fundamental instrument used is Integrity, and we all know that Honesty is the best policy. Politeness is also part of politics. There is no escaping politics and religion in our daily lives; it’s in all we do.

Unfortunately it’s the formalities of the two we’ve created and inherited over time that have caused all our wars and social unrest. Whilst in Tasmania during 1997 I produced this large painting titled “Life is Politically Religious,” which symbolically says it all.

In 1996 in Western Australia with the State Election coming up, through the Love of IT, I turned my hand to formal Politics to form my own Political Alternative Party and named it “United Society” (US), since all candidates advocate we vote for us. At the time I thought of US as a bridge to take us into our new Golden Age through self-empowerment in a collective individualised balanced approach, working in Oneness guided by our Divine Humanness. I was feeling in total dis-satisfaction with the dysfunctional governments and being UNJUSTLY placed without assessment in maximum security in Perth’s Graylands mental hospital for expressing Love to a dear friend, Melissa. It was on her 30^th birthday, and showering her with a handmade card and gifts, which were well received by Melissa, was unacceptable to her boss and the authorities. As a HumanKind in a state where the majority were caught up in the Human(rat)Race and in their busy imbalances could not hear the music, I, the Dancer, appeared Mad. Being Happy, Generous and Kind, giving from the HeART were considered symptoms of mania in this muddy mainstream. From where I was sitting I observed them to be crazy and out of balance. No one qualifies to judge.

The two main red and blue political players dipped their brushes into the same contaminated containers to turn all the colours (policies) to mud. The public at large, no longer feeling represented, were calling out for change but there was no real alternative in the offerings, beyond one or two policies, that had any depth or substance. While locked away I managed to have sent to me copies of both the red Labour and blue Liberal parties’ policies and studying them closely to retain anything that offered value and meaning, I flushed the rest.

From here, needing to relate at the level of public awareness, I wrote down the main issues we all faced in society and came up with 106 to deal with. Ironically, within six weeks locked away in the loonie bin, I created the 40-Policy Platform listed below to launch US to us, the public. In the meantime my friend Melissa was fully engaged with her campaign as the Labour candidate for the city of Bunbury seat in the State election.

I realised that for Humankind to move forward from its current position, with politics and religion, we needed to have a Spiritual connection to bring it to Life and Balance. This Body, which I called “US,” required a strong backbone with a Spiritual core flowing through it to build an interconnecting skeleton with a well-placed intellectual Head of great vision, an intuitive open Heart and flexible limbs to guide, work and take the Body step by step to reach its goals and full potential. It also needed the blood to flow to bring it to life. And that is where US, the overall people, are needed to come in to participate to flesh it out together.

With a constitution in hand and the skeleton body formed I could then invite all of US to participate in our own unique individual ways to give the flesh, muscle and blood new Light to carry our New Body into the future. This in theory was all in place by the end of November 1996. My cross-section survey of the public gained a 97% positive response, many from the blue and red voters. But what could I do with only a dollar in my pocket and the elections in December? At least this was a good foundation to build upon, so I decided to put it on ice until a later date when the timing was right. Due to my extreme circumstances stranded in Kununurra I was left with no option but suicide. What a Blessing this was. I returned from my Death Experience and coma three days later with so much wisdom to share with those who are awake. I returned to witness Melissa narrowly miss out on her seat, which also proved to be a Blessing in disguise for her.

Weeks later after making contact with Alan Cooke, founder of the Peace Shield Foundation, in the city of Fremantle, where we shared our complementary manifestos to be used later, I flew out for a fresh start in the State of Tasmania, the heart shaped island of Australia. Listed here are my platform and manifesto plus the contents of the constitution. I will also include my Code of Ethics, Morals and Behaviours, since behaviours derive from ethics and morals. The greater the ethics and morals the fewer laws society will need.

Now ten years on, in 2007, after Being with the Divine whilst in Spirit I now have a richer and more comprehensive outlook on politics and religions by understanding the Sacred Secular and Spiritual essence and also the Sacred Geometry leading into the Divine Photon Energy of 2013. Once mainstream politics succumbs to itself, and visitors from outside our solar system arrive with their so-called Master Plan, which will seem sweet after what humanity has been through, however it is still a controlling heirachy system perhaps. Maybe then the timing will be right to offer to US the awareness that we already hold within so as to have a balanced equilibrium.

It’s late October 2007 as this goes online. Melissa is currently standing for election to the Federal seat of Fremantle in W.A. Interesting… that was the place where I left US. Perhaps she will hand the people the missing ‘e’ in Fre-mantle. For ten years Melissa had been abroad working with the United Nations broadening her knowledge and awareness. Personally, I see Melissa a cut above today’s politicians; she’s a great leader for a better system. Gee! If my partner Lethea with her doctorate in Partnership Communication and Education along with her two Masters degrees was to lead New Zealand and Melissa with her Masters in Human Rights, Law and UN experiences was to lead Australia, we could live down under in what would be a much healthier and happier place!

Before presenting my Platform Policies, I would like to share a couple of sayings to help readers open their minds to what follows:

From here I went about creating an outline for each policy—for all of US, from our wealth of experiences and expertise, to add to and to develop in fine detail. You could say these outlines are all the fine bones of the skeleton. We all give the structural skeleton Body the Heart and Soul, the flesh, muscle and blood to bring US alive to move forward. Doing this will form quite a book in itself from the 40 chapters above. Here are just two of the 40 policies outlined as examples of how comprehensively the outlines were covered including cross-referencing each policy to other interconnected ones:

Our UNITED SOCIETY (US) Party believes that the sovereignty of the individual is more important than that of the State.

The sole purpose of Government is to ensure that everybody must be given the opportunity to reach their full potential – Intellectually, Spiritually and Physically.

INTRODUCTION:

Healthy individuals contribute to a healthy Nation. We, the people of our US Party encourage, support and aid all our people to reach and maintain their Well-Being to attain their rightful potential through a balanced physical, emotional, mental and Spiritual state. Once one of these is out of balance it throws out the others. Our HEALthy policy is centred on BALANCE and we look into both mainstream and alternative practices to bring out the best for all.

The current government along with decades and also centuries of preceding powers powers-that-be have our present system in absolute crisis from misuse of medical methods and treatments and poor management, much of which has developed through ignorance and arrogance.

Second to polluting petrochemicals, pharmaceutical drugs provide the highest revenue to governments. These large, wealthy chemical corporations control and manipulate our professions and politicians. Many cures have been discovered for numerous illnesses and diseases only to be suppressed, bought out by this sick, greedy, elite minority who want the only available treatment options to be those that are ongoing in order to pay their rents, feed their wallets and ensure their own personal security. Most of our medical professionals through ignorance have also fallen the same way.

We at US in conjunction with World Focus will expose and support any healing practice for the good of all. Through our education programmes, We will be able to reveal truths and cures via the internet, media and word of mouth. Alternative healing methods will be encouraged and supported to replace prolonged treatments with side effects causing patients, family and friends to suffer unnecessarily in order to fill hospitals and the purses of drug financiers, governments and the medical profession. What is still happening in mental health, that most are unaware of, is barbaric, cruel, unjust and inhumane. It is insane and We shall address these unnecessary chronic problems most compassionately with self-healing methods.

Our health and well-being are of greatest importance, governing all that we do. Along with happiness, our health is our most valued asset and it’s priceless.

Welfare support, counselling and education will be made available to all people through our health infrastructure, healing centres, education system, libraries and the internet.

Welfare – Individual families and communities have the primary responsibility to take care of themselves and of those in genuine need. By encouraging, supporting and aiding individuals and families there will be a greater degree of accountability in the provision of welfare.

Everyone should and will have access to good medical attention, with either private or governmental assistance. An essential component of all health care is upholding the sanity of life from conception to natural death.

We are all affected by our environments and US in conjunction with World Focus and affiliated organisations will endeavour to rebalance and maintain balance for all to live a rich, happy and healthy life.

An essential function of Government is to maintain a just system free from political pressure, along with an effective system of maintaining Law and Order.

A true democracy must sustain the ethics upon which it is founded with Love and Compassion. The greater the ethics and morals the fewer laws society will need.

US will work towards re-establishing a cooperative, family-based society, and help its people learn to understand and discover themselves and to recognise each other’s potentials and help one another work and play alongside one another with a positive attitude as true brothers and sisters. In doing so We will free up the prison system. Current criminal offences in grand theft, burglary, stolen vehicles, assault, fraud, arson have greatly increased, all centred around lack of respect and understanding of Self and others, with dishonesty and untrustworthiness that suppresses the expression of Love. As HumanKind we are needing to Give and receive, not take. Kindness is Love in Action.

The element of trust (the basis of Love) has been undermined in our society, We at US plan to quickly rebuild that trust amongst the community with our aims and strategies.

I spent months developing all the Outlines before passing them on to the World Freedom Party in 2000, when US amalgamated into World Focus. All this valid information was placed on a disc as a back up. The World Focus website of over 5000 files was about to be launched, but Alan Cooke died of cancer in 2001 along with the data.

Now I shall display my manifesto of US. I preferred to call it a Foundation rather than a Party. We may have a Party if we were to go into Governance to represent US the people.

OUR FOUNDATION

THE NEW ALTERNATIVE POLITICAL PARTY

UNITED SOCIETY US

WE, the people, are US. It is our Foundation put together by US for US and run by US.

It will be simply a:

PERFECTLY BALANCED RAINBOW GOVERNMENT combining all the positive, loving aspects of all previous governments including: democracy, communism, socialism, capitalism and native tribal governments, with spiritual overtones. It has been proven that each has not and will not work alone in today’s society. WE are also open to incorporating the positive policies of the various parties.

OUR Government has (1) a VISION (a future) well beyond the year 10,000 AD. WE have (2) a GOAL of PEACE and stepping stone Goals towards it. WE have (3) PLANS and strategies to achieve these goals and with (4) our positive, loving VALUES we will succeed. Our positive ATTITUDES put into ACTION will ACHIEVE and be acknowledged.

Current government leaders and M.P.’s are too derogatory instead of being positive. There is a need for Compassionate Communication — they are arguing instead of talking and reasoning, concealing ideas instead of sharing for the good of us all. The four most important issues in government are abused the most through ignorance, greed and instability:

HEALTH, EDUCATION, LAW & ORDER and ENVIRONMENT

We have laid down an interrelated 40-policies platform, covering all areas in government, for all of us to contribute, share and participate in. The code of ethics and our morals, values and behaviors are based on the Public Sector Standards Commission centered around:

(a) JUSTICE

(b) RESPECT of PERSONS

(c) RESPONSIBLE CARE and

(d) FAMILY CODE.

OUR council with a chairperson will be represented by a cross section of the public, both male and female, with 12 members.

OUR emblem is both the EAGLE (representing Freedom, Vision, Strength and Spirituality) connected with the SNAKE (representing Healing, Wisdom, Earthliness and the Physical).

OUR motto is Vincit Veritas meaning CONQUERS TRUTH.

OUR flag combines both the Australian and Aboriginal.

OUR song incorporates in an updated modern version “Waltzing Matilda,” “Advance Australia Fair” and “I am – We are Australia.”

Politicians and National Leaders frequently TALK about “CO-EXISTENCE” and “COMING TOGETHER.” Religious people, too – so let’s DO IT – “TYME HAZ KUM – 4 A KOOL CHANGE.” Let’s Be Harmoniously joined together in Love through our Divine Humanness.

Since I’ve been in New Zealand, I’ve learned from my partner Lethea about the Earth Charter, “A Declaration of Fundamental Principles for building a just, sustainable, and peaceful global society in the 21^st century.” It is the result of a decade of international collaboration. It is based on the same values as above, but is much more widely known because of the process by which it was created. It is now an international movement, which I encourage every reader to endorse and actively promote.
